It is balanced with the price and the service you take.

No one spoke English, so thats a huge letdown. The whole parking lot is filled with puddles of water, not exactly good for brake discs. The price is reasonable though and the service itself is pretty straightforward and easy. And luckily for us we understand a bit of Polish so the experience wasnt so bad.

Communication problem because of language. Especially when i came back to Poland and needed to call to driver to pick me up from airport. All instructions were in Polish... and driver couldn't communicate with me at all. Overall service was good, thank You.

Sadly we waited 1 hour for someone to pick us up from the airport. I would not mind this, but communication from parking service was misleading in terms of time (they said 12 minutes) and also rude (after 40 minutes one person screamed at me they "are not flying and he does not know what others told me So he does not care"). I will not use this parking again.

Everything was great until departure. But as we were leaving, security started asking for a paper receipt, which we lost (so it's our own fault). but who needs a paper receipt when everything is ordered and paid for ONLINE? the security guard was very rude and impolite and spoke only Polish and not a word of English. and demanded a 50 zloty fine (which I paid because I lost my paper parking receipt! In the 21st century :) Or it is just easy money, right? Your parking your rules... never again, thank you!

Learn other languages other than Polish!
